Small update to V0.6

Small update to add a confirm dialogue when quitting the game during play using the ESC key to avoid accidentally quitting to the main title page. Added volume controls for sound effects and speech; Z and X for sound effects, Control+Z and Control+X for speech. Game manual updated.
